  the treatment of air to provide a fresh, cool and conducive environment, including maintaining, repair, overhauling of chiller, pump, cooling tower, gear box, etc, all kinds of air-conditioning and ventilation related works.

• 

  Industrial / Process Cooling Systems

  providing large scale of cooling technology and design, for any manufacturing industry (e.g. rubber / latex moulding, etc.).
  
  

• Rooms with specific usage

  clean air systems for facilities where a dust-free environment is essential (e.g. laboratories, hospitals, semiconductor manufacturers, etc.).

• Design & Planning, Supply, Installation and Maintenance

  Design & Planning – We have a group of well trained, competent and experienced personnel to execute and manage the project with the assistance of sophisticated software including for cooling load estimation and analysis, tendering and cost estimation.

  Installation – In order to ensure smooth implementation and completion of the project, we had undertaken the practical installation of the Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services System including both management and site coordination. We ensure that all the installation works are conducted in accordance with ASHRAE & SMACNA guidelines.

  Testing & Commissioning - Well trained commissioning personnel complete with fully calibrated instruments will guarantee a complete commissioning of the sysyem performance. After completion, Operation and Maintenance Mannual and full system descriptions together with all the records of commissioning datas and as built drawings will be provided to end user for reference.

  Service & Maintenance – Experience, qualified and trained service Division Team (approximately 60 skilled and semi-skilled technicians) engineers are ready to ensure all our service customers plants / buildings are always operating at maximum efficiency. We have our own mobile workshop for service and maintenance purposes and we are also providing 24 hours / 7 days a week back up service.
